John May has been working in public accounting practice for more than twenty years specialising in taxation and business services.

He is the principal of Maybiz Solutions and established the business in May 2007 to service the business community and in particular to assist with businesses that find themselves in financial difficulties.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia as well as being a registered tax agent.

Wayne Peterson is director of Rynelle Pty Ltd which offers a finance broking service in association with Maybiz Solutions as well as acting as an authorised representative under authority of Synchron to provide financial advice and insurance services.

His background includes extensive industry experience over a period of 23 years with a major Australian life company and a major Australian bank as a financial planner, life insurance agent and finance broker.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance and has satisfied the requirements of under ASIC to hold an Authority to distribute financial services.
